| 摘 要： | 文章采用碘量法，快速而又准确地对维生素C中抗坏血酸含量进行了标定，发现药用维生素C中抗坏血酸成分高达76.57％。同时，利用膨胀计的方法对维生素C抗自由基老化能力进行了表征，结果发现，摄取2～4片维生素C将有助于达到健身防老的功效。

| Abstract: | A fast and accurate method of iodimetry was employed in present paper for ascorbic acid determination in vitamin C, and 76.57 % composition was found. The anti-oxidation property was then characterized by the method of dilatomctry, the results showed that the optimal dose to aging-prevent was 2-4 pills of vitamin C. |
