固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2催化合成乙酸仲丁酯

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2,将其甩于乙酸仲丁酯的合成,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明:当冰乙酸的用量为0.12mol时,仲丁醇为O14mol,催化剂为1.0g,带水剂4.0mL,反应1.5h,酯化率可达92.0%以上,催化剂在无需再生的条件下多次重复使用,活性下降趋势平缓,显示良好的稳定性,表明该固体超强酸具有潜在的工业价值。

Abstract:A novel solid superacid S2O82-/TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.The effect of reaction conditions on the ratio of esterification are discussed.The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: based on 0.12 mo1 acetic acid,molar ratio of acetic acid to sec-butanol 1︰1.1,catalyst 1.0 g,the water-entrainer 4.0 mL,reaction time was 1.5 h,the ratio of esterification was over 92.0 %.Meanwhile,the activity of catalyst used repeatedly declined slowly under no deactivation,which demonstrates that the solid superacid S2O82-/TiO2 has high stability.
