浅析高水平教学型大学人才培养目标的确定与实现

高水平教学型大学是地方新建本科院校提出的发展目标，其人才培养目标是造就出一批能为社会做出较大贡献的高水平应用型人才，特别是地方经济社会发展急需的实用技术人才、复合型管理人才、应用型学术人才等，为实现这一目标，地方本科院校要坚持人才培养过程中“高标准、严要求”，积极结合地方经济社会发展优势，构建具有特色的人才培养模式。

Preliminary Discussion on Talents Training Objective Setting and Realization for High-level Teaching-oriented University

High level teaching-oriented university was the development target for local newly-established colleges and its talents training objective was producing a batch of high level application-oriented talents who could make great contributions for human society,especially the talents of practical technical,complex management and applied academic so on that who were urgent needed for local economic and social development.To achieve the goal,local colleges should insist on "High standard &strict demand" in the process of talent cultivating,combine with local economic and social development advantage actively,and at last construct a characteristic talents cultivation mode.
