纳豆激酶羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备和鉴定

摘    要:通过液体发酵、分离纯化生产高纯度纳豆激酶,制备和鉴定纳豆激酶-HP-β-CD包合物,并考察包合物的制备工艺与表征等。采用水溶液搅拌法辅助微波制备纳豆激酶HP-β-CD包合物,采用差热分析、酶活测定等方法对包合物进行鉴定。得到纳豆激酶-HP-β-CD的合格产品。纳豆激酶HP-β-CD包合物制各工艺筒单,包合物水溶性强,稳定性高,适合制成注射制剂。

Abstract:To product high-purity nattokinase by liquid fermentation,separation and purification.To prepare and identify nattokinase-hydroxypropyl –beta –cyclodextrin inclusion compound and study the preparation and the quality characterization of the inclusion compound.The methods of aqueous solution-stirring with microwave were performed for the manufacturing technique and the characteristics were identified by DSC and enzyme activity determination.The qualified products of nattokinas-hydroxypropyl –beta –cyclodextrin inclusion compound were obtained.The preparation technique was convenient,and the product was more water-soluble and stable in the conditions of the high temperature and suitable for injection.
