摘    要:采用高压毛细管流变仪研究了聚乙烯(PE)在225℃和250℃下的流变行为.结果表明,PE的粘度随着剪切速率的增加而降低,相同结构PE的粘度随熔体流动速率(MFR)的增加而降低;在同一温度和剪切速率下,当MFR相当时茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯(PE-MLLD)的粘度最大、线性低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD)次之、低密度聚乙烯(P...

Abstract:The rheological properties of polyethylene were studied by Haake rheological tester,the difference of apparent viscosity for different polyethylene between 225℃ and 250℃ were discussed.The results showed that the apparent viscosity decreased with increase of shear rate,the apparent viscosity of polyethylene with same structure decreased with increase of MFR.When the temperature and shear rate remained unchanged,the apparent viscosity of PE-MLLD was higher than that of PE-LLD,PE-LLD was higher than that of PE-LD.For PE-MLLD with nearly MFR,the apparent viscosity of PE-MLLD increased with increase of density.For PE-LLD with nearly MFR and different density,the apparent viscosity of PE-LLD had more influence than MFR.
