往复挤压对AgMg3合金组织及性能的影响

摘    要:通过金相组织观察,扫描电镜分析,显微硬度和力学性能测试,研究了往复挤压对AgMg3银基合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,往复挤压可使AgMg3合金的晶粒破碎,晶粒尺寸明显细化,力学性能显著提高。往复挤压后,合金的抗拉强度上升,断后延伸率提高,材料延性改善,显微硬度均匀,弯曲次数提高。

Abstract:The effects of reciprocating extrusion on microstructuer and properties of AgMg3 alloy were investigated by metallography observation,microhardness test,scanning electron microscopy analysis and mechanical test. The results show that the grains of AgMg3 alloy can be effectively broken,grain size significantly refined and the mechanical properties significantly enhanced by reciprocating extrusion.
