| 摘 要： | 通过对目前制粒机压辊环模系统的考察分析，了解到该系统干油润滑中漏油的重大缺陷，并从该问题出发，采用新的方案对该系统进行设计。本文详尽阐述了设计方法、原理、过程及一般原则，从而使压辊环模系统设计有一定的规律可循，简化了部件的研制过程。为正确设计制粒机提供了科学根据。

| Abstract: | Through researching and analyzing for the system of pressed roller and circular mould of pellet machine at present,we realize the defect of leaking about this system in lubrication,and from the problem,make use of novel plan to design it.This paper specifically demonstrates designing method original, process and common principle,which supplies a mold for the system of press roll and circular,and thus it simplifies the research process of parts,it also provides scientific bases for designing pellet machine correcdy. |
