摘    要:文章论述了一个基于CCD图像处理的角度测量系统。它利用了光栅干涉条纹倾角、间距与光栅夹角、栅片节距之间存在特定关系的原理,使用CCD摄像机、PC机实现了一个图像采集处理系统,通过计算干涉条纹倾角和条纹间距得到两片光栅片之间的夹角,从而实现角度测量。该系统应用于轴承扭矩的测量。经实验,该系统具有工作稳定、界面友好、测量精度高(可达10^-4)等特点。该系统也可以应用到其他微小角度和距离测量的场合,如平衡校准、微量称重。

Abstract:What this thesis dissertates is an angle measuring system basing on CCD image processing. It uses a principle of Geometric Moire, which is that, between the angle of Moire stripe,the space between Moire stripe and the angle of grating bar line exist specific relationships. Utilizing this principle, using CCD-vidicon and PC, we consist an image gathering and processing system. Through computing the space between Moire stripe and the angle of grating bar line, we can get the angle of Moire stripe. This system has been used to measure the torsion of axletree. It proved to be highly effective in reliability, interface and precision(10~(-4)). Furthermore this system can be utilized to other situation of slight angle and distance measuring, such as, balance adjusting and minim weight measuring.
