对提高高碳锰铁电炉湿法除尘煤气入柜率的研究与实践

摘    要:介绍了铁合金封闭电炉及除尘工艺的发展趋势,并以高碳锰铁电炉为例,通过具体工艺和操作的改进,提高了高碳锰铁电炉湿法除尘煤气的入柜率,真正实现了清洁生产。结果表明,利用高碳锰铁湿法除尘工艺,12.5MVA高碳锰铁电炉可实现每日节能17.14吨标准煤,占其电能消耗的21.8%。

Abstract:Introduce the trend of the ferroalloy closed furnace and its wet dust collection process. Take a furnace of Sinasteel Jilin Ferroalloys Co., Ltd. for an example. By improved its process and operation, enhanced the gas yield into the gasometer of its wet dust collection, make the clean production come true. The results show that 12. 5 MVA high carbon furnace can save 17.14 t standard coal a day accounting for 21.8 % of its total power consumption a day in the wet dust collection in the high carbon ferromanganese ore heat furnace smelting process.
