| 摘 要： | 东风４Ｂ型内燃机在满负荷运行时，柴油机第１０缸活塞破碎。用扫描电镜和金上分析等方法对破损活塞进行了分析。结果表明，柴油机钢顶铝裙组合活塞的连接螺栓丰碑加工及热处理质量缺陷，致使螺栓产生疲劳断裂，最终导致柴油机破损。

| Abstract: | The fracture of steel crownalurninum skirt piston was analyzed by means of metallography and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that connecting bolts of steel crownalurninum skirt piston was fa-tigue fractured due to machining and heat treatment defects, leading to diesel breakage. |
