| 摘 要： | 利用新疆中间基中性油和高碱性环烷酸钙为主要清净剂研制出DCA5040船用汽缸油，经理化测试分析和Bolnes3DNL 170/600HF三缸发动机试验，其性能与国外大石油公司同类船用油质量水平相当，完全可满足燃烧高硫重质燃料油的远洋大型船舶对汽缸的润滑要求。

| Abstract: | By using the intermediate base oil from Xinjiang and overbased calcium naphthenate as the main detergent additive,DCA5040 marine cylinder oil is produced.The physicochemical test and Bolnes 3DNL 170/600 HF 3-cylinder engine test show that the performance of DCA5040 is equal to same kinds of foreign marine cylinder oil.DCA5040 could completely meet the demand for cylinder lubrication while the high-sulfur heavy fuel oil is used in large ocean marine. |
