SiO_2-水纳米流体热管传热性能的实验研究

摘    要:采用两步法制备颗粒粒径为15nm,体积分数分别为0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的SiO2-水纳米流体,并对该纳米流体作为工作介质的热管进行了传热性能实验研究。结果表明:SiO2-水纳米流体的热管具有良好的等温性能,传热性能明显高于水热管的传热性能(提高了1.35~1.70倍),热阻明显低于水热管的热阻(降低了0.58~0.74)。

Abstract:The two-step method was employed to produce SiO2-water nanofluid with a low volume concentration(0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,1.0% and 2.0%) and 15mm particles in size.Having the heat pipe's heat transfer performance which taking SiO2-water nanofluid as working substance studied to show that SiO2-water nanofluid has good isothermal performance,and its heat transfer performance(1.7~1.36 times) outperforms that of the water-heating pipes along with a lower thermal resistance of 0.58~0.74 times that of the water-heating pipes.
