摘    要:依据离心机转鼓强度计算规范JB/T 8051-1996标准中提出的计算方法,计算得出自卸式铁屑甩油离心机转鼓内壁所受的应力,再与ANSYS软件分析得到的转鼓应力作对比,分析得出JB/T 8051-1996标准同样适用于上下开口的转鼓的应力核算。同时,转鼓在满载铁屑的情况下,其承受的最大应力远远小于许用应力,满足强度要求,为转鼓的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the JB/T 8051-1996 for the centrifuge drum strength calculation,the drum stress of a self-emptying scrap iron de-oiling centrifuge was calculated and then compared with the drum stress analyzed with ANSYS software.The analysis result show that the JB/T 8051-1996 standard can be applied to the stress calculation of the drum with up and down openings,meanwhile,when the drum is fully loaded with the scrap iron,the maximum stress it born is far less than the allowable stress,which meets the strength requirements and provides the theoretical basis for the drum design.
