| 摘 要： | 在传统经济模式下，矿业开发在为经济增长做出贡献的同时，亦带来了巨大的负面效应。只有转变发展模式，推行清洁生产，走循环经济发展之路，才能根本解决矿业发展与环境保护的矛盾，实现矿业向新型化、可持续化方向发展。

| Abstract: | Under traditional economic mode,the mining industry makes great contribution to national economic development while it brings also big negative effects to environment.It is the only way for establishment of new pattern mining enterprises and for realization of sustainable development of mining industry,to change the development mode and follow the principle of clean operation & circulating economy,which can solve the contradiction between mining activity and environmental protection. |
