| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术和网络的飞速发展,网络技术已成为信息管理的新手段,为电力企业的办公自动化提供了新途径.传统档案的归档管理模式和档案利用已经不能适应电力生产现实工作的需求,电子文件归档工作已经开展,探索电子文件归档管理办法和档案利用,以适应新时期电力企业对档案工作的要求.
