摘    要:在石油工业真实管路流动中,几乎都伴有乳化剂的添加。然而由于气液两相流动的复杂特性,考虑乳化剂对立管系统气液两相垂直管流压降影响规律的研究工作,仍十分有限。该文通过理论分析与实验研究相结合的手段,对伴有乳化剂添加的气液垂直管流流动特性和压降特征进行探讨。理论推导部分基于发展的漂移流模型,给出了气体上升聚并过程的物理解释。流动实验部分采用内径为25 mm的有机玻璃管作为实验管路,垂直管段长度为3 000 mm。乳化剂选用工业上常用的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,并在动态实验前进行了物性参数测定,给出了乳化剂对液相介质的影响规律。基于实验结果给出了流动参数间的无量纲关系,并发现乳化剂的添加可以促进流动更加趋于稳定。此外,还对流动过程中的流动形态、持液率、压降特性等进行了探讨,其结果可为今后研究工作提供参考。

Study of emulsifier additive influences on the pressure drops of gas-liquid vertical flow
Abstract:Almost every real flow case in the petroleum industry is with the addition of emulsifier.However,since the gas-liquid flow processing is very complex,the research on influences of emulsifier on pressure drops of vertical flow in pipeline-riser system is limited.In this paper,flow charactefistcs and pressure drops of gas-liquid vertical flow with emulsifier additive have all been discussed in the view of theoretical analysis and experimental measurement.In the part of the theoretical analysis,a physical explanation of gas rises and coalescence has been established based on developed drift flux model.In the section of flow experiment,the plexiglas pipe with 25 mm inner diameter has been chosen as cycling pipeline.The test section of vertical tube is as long as 3 000 mm.As one of the most widely used emulsifier in real industry process,Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate has been chosen as the surfactant additive in the experimental process and its physical property parameter as well as its influence on liquid phase medium have been determined before flow experiment.Furthermore,based on experimental results,dimensionless relationships among flow parameters have been given.It can be seen from the result,the flow tends to be more uniform with emulsifier additive.In addition,flow patterns,void fractions,and characteristics of pressure drops have all been presented in this paper,which must be as a reference for future work.
