摘 要: | 针对木工螺纹钻头头部锥螺纹的加工制造困难、制造成本高等现状,基于UG/NX模拟锥螺纹的加工过程,经三维建模、参数设置、刀路优化、数控程序后处理,达到了锥螺纹加工精度要求,实现了木工螺纹钻头快速、理性、准确的加工要求。

Abstract: | In view of the carpentry thread drill bit forehead awl thread's processing manufacture difficulty, the production cost higher present situation, based on the UG/NX simulation awl thread's processing process, after the three dimensional modelling, the parameter establishment, the knife road optimization, the numerical control procedure post-processing, has achieved the awl thread machining accuracy requirement, realized the carpentry thread drill bit to be fast, the rationality, processed the request accurately. |
