| Abstract: | Property and variety of purging upper nozzle and the requirement of continuous casting process for thenozzle were introduced. Using synthetic mullite,α-Al2 O3 and special binder prepared the dispersion mullitebased purging upper nozzle. The nozzle was used in large-sized steel plant such as Baosteel, etc, gain-ing good results. |
