摘    要:空气舵系统传递特性主要受系统间隙、刚度和阻尼影响,而间隙是3个因素中最难以控制的一项。当前研究主要集中在系统间隙对整个传动系统最终结果的影响,未对系统各传动环节传动间隙的影响进行研究,且缺乏基于工程实测数据的建模分析。以飞行器空气舵传动系统为研究对象,基于Adams三维多刚体动力学仿真平台和各传动环节实际状态,有针对性地对空气舵传动系统各传动环节间隙以及系统偏差间隙的动特性敏感度进行分析,所得结论为飞行器空气舵传动系统的优化设计和性能预测提供了理论支持。

Abstract:The air rudder drive system of air vehicle is mainly affected by system backlash, stiffness and damping, the backlash is the most uncontrollable one. The current research focus on the influence of the system backlash affecting on the whole drive system, while the influence of the backlash on each drive link is not studied, besides, current modeling analysis is lack of measured data. Aiming at the air rudder drive system of air vehicle, basing on the Adams software and virtual condition of each drive link, the accordingly sensitivity analysis of the dynamic characteristic on each drive link and system deviation was completed. The obtained results provide theoretical support for optimization design and performance prediction of air rudder drive system.
