电驱钢球锁紧机构的试验研究及设计优化

摘    要:电驱钢球锁紧机构是一种机械式快开执行机构,用于重要法兰结构的连接锁紧、快速解锁。针对该机构解锁速度要求高、工作温度范围广的特点,采用控制变量试验方法,对各因素对该机构钢球锁和电磁铁的影响进行分析,得出了解锁阻力与解锁速度、环境温度间的关系,并得出了吸合力与环境温度间的关系。然后,通过钢球锁结构优化、电磁铁参数优化、热变形协调设计等设计优化方法,有效提高了电驱钢球锁紧机构的解锁安全裕度。

Abstract:Electromotive steel-ball locking device is a kind of mechanical quick-opening actuators, usually applied in locking and quick-opening of flanges. This device is used in large temperature range and should be unlocked quickly. In order to achieve these engineering goals, with the help of experimental method and control variate method, we analyzed the relationships between the resistance and driving force of the device with temperature and unlock velocity. In use of these results, we optimized the design of the steel-ball locking device in three ways: structure optimization of the long shaft, main parameters optimization of the electromagnet, thermal deformation coordination, and successfully improved the safety margin of the device.
