载重汽车销轴表面改性及其摩擦磨损性能的研究

摘    要:在载重汽车销轴基材40Cr钢表面制备Ni-WC纳米复合镀层,实现表面改性,以期提高销轴表面的摩擦磨损性能。观察并分析了纳米复合镀层的表面形貌和微观结构,检测了纳米复合镀层的结合强度、硬度及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:纳米复合镀层表面较平整、结构致密,与基材结合牢固,其硬度平均值为6 081MPa,约为基材的1.3倍;其平均摩擦因数约为0.35,磨损失重约为1.83mg,均比基材的低。低孔隙率、致密结构和高硬度,使纳米复合镀层具有良好的摩擦磨损性能。

Abstract:To improve the wear resistance of pin shaft,Ni-WC nano-composite coating was prepared on the surface of camion pin shaft base metal 40Cr steel.The morphology and microstructure of nano-composite coating were observed and analyzed,the bonding strength between nano-composite coating and substrate,and the hardness and tribological property of nanocomposite coating were also tested.Results showed that nano-composite coating has smooth surface and compact structure,and combine with the substrate firmly.The average hardness was 6 081 MPa,which was 1.3 times the hardness of the substrate.The average friction coefficient was about 0.35,and the wear loss was about 1.83 mg,which were lower than that of the substrate.Low porosity,compact structure and high hardness making nano-composite coating has excellent tribological property.
