摘    要:对轮式点镀模具的制造工艺进行改进,解决模具制造精度不高、镀区尺寸控制不严密及背面渗漏贵金属等问题。解决这些问题会对降低轮式点镀的生产成本、减少污染有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:The manufacturing process of wheel type spot electroplating mould was improved in order to solve the problems,like the manufacturing precision of mould was low,the control of size was not strict and leaking precious metal on the back of the plating area.Solving these problems was of important realistic significance to reduce production costs and mitigate pollution.
