摘    要:针对电镀生产线普遍存在的相对落后的控制方式及较低的产品合格率等问题,在保留原手动控制系统的基础上,设计并完成了电镀生产线的升级改造。改造后的SCADA系统以西门子WinCC、S7-300PLC、变频器及温控仪表为控制核心,实现了整个电镀工艺过程、电镀槽温度及电镀电源的精确自动控制,生产数据的存储与报警,远程客户端的实时监控与数据访问;另外,通过对运行状态的分析进行资源调度,利用多线程技术实现一条生产线多套工艺的同时运行,有效地提高了生产效率与产量。通过现场的调试与实验,验证了系统的可行性。

Abstract:To solve the problems of relatively backward control mode and low product qualification rate,design and accomplish the upgrade of the electroplating production line based on the original manual control system.SIEMENS WinCC,S7-300 PLC,frequency converter and temperature controller compose the core of the upgraded system,that not only realize the automation of the whole technology process,the temperature of electroplate grooves and the power of electroplate,realize data saving and alarming,monitoring of the remote client and data access,but also dispatch resources by analyzing the state of working,and realize several technologies working at the same time by use of the multithreading technology,which increase the efficiency and outputs effectively.Feasibility of the control system has been confirmed through debugging and experiment.
