镁合金微弧氧化膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验对微弧氧化电解液的配方进行优化,并对微弧氧化膜的性能进行分析。得到的最佳工艺条件为:Na_2SiO_3 20g/L,Na_2B_4O_7 30g/L,NaOH 30g/L,氧化时间20min。向电解液中加入醋酸镍后,得到深灰色的、光滑致密的微弧氧化膜,膜层较厚且耐蚀性较好。

Abstract:The formula of micro-arc oxidation electrolyte was optimized and the properties of micro-arc oxidation film were analyzed through single factor experiment.The optimum formula and process parameters were determined as follows:Na2SiO3 20 g/L,Na2B4O7 30 g/L,NaOH 30 g/L,oxidation time 20 min.Experimental results showed that a dark-gray micro-arc oxidation film featuring smooth surface and compact structure was obtained when adding nickel acetate into the electrolyte.The micro-arc oxidation film was thick and has better corrosion resistance.
