摘    要:采用脉冲电沉积法在304不锈钢基体上制备出Ni-WC纳米复合镀层,并研究了占空比对Ni-WC纳米复合镀层耐蚀性及硬度的影响。结果表明:随着占空比的增大,Ni-WC纳米复合镀层的平均晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,硬度先增大后减小;当占空比为50%时,Ni-WC纳米复合镀层的平均晶粒尺寸最小,耐蚀性最好,硬度最大。

Abstract:Ni-WC nano-composite coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by using pulse electrodeposition.Effect of duty cycle on the corrosion resistance and hardness of Ni-WC nano-composite coatings was investigated.Results showed that,with the increasing of duty cycle,the average grain size of Ni-WC nano-composite coatings decrease first and then increase,while the hardness of Ni-WC nano-composite coatings increase first and then decrease.When duty cycle was 50%,the prepared Ni-WC nano-composite coating has the smallest average grain size,the corrosion resistance was best and the hardness was highest.
