摘    要:设计了一种基于WIA-PA无线网络的镀锌电流密度监测系统。研究发现:当电流密度为4A/dm~2时,镀层表面质量最好,耐蚀性最强。利用该系统对镀锌电流密度进行监测,令其保持在最佳状态。实验结果表明,该系统的监测精度较高。

Abstract:A galvanized current density monitoring system based on WIA-PA wireless network was designed.The research found that the coating obtained has the best surface quality and corrosion resistance when current density was 4 A/dm2.Using the system to monitoring galvanized current density,the current density was kept as optimal range.Results showed that,the designed system has high monitoring accuracy.
