摘    要:研究出一种新型金刚石/铜基复合材料化学镀镍预处理工艺。考察了除油、粗化、活化等预处理过程对化学镀镍的影响。结果表明:该工艺能有效解决金刚石/铜基复合材料化学镀镍中存在的漏镀、结合力差等问题。

Abstract:A novel pretreatment process of electroless nickel plating on diamond/copper matrix composites was developed.The influence of pretreatment process,such as oil removal,coarsening,activation,etc.,on electroless nickel plating was investigated.Results showed that this process can effectively solve the problems of skip plating and poor adhesion of electroless nickel plating on diamond/copper matrix composites.
