摘    要:
液压系统发热直接表现为液压油温升高,严重影响液压系统工作。根据液压系统动作顺序和使用环境,进行发热量、散热量和油液温升的计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合。结合特种车调试时液压系统实际工况,提出了增加水冷却器的解决方案,有效解决液压系统发热量过大的问题。

Abstract:
The rise of oil temperature due to the heating of hydraulic system, which seriously affects the operation of hydraulic system. According to the order of the hydraulic system of action and environment, calculating the heat, heat loss and oil temperature rise, the calculation results agree with the experimental results. Combined with the special vehicle when debugging the hydraulic system to actual conditions, the solution suggestions of adding water cooler were proposed and solved the problem of large heating.
