WC的质量浓度对Ni-WC纳米复合镀层耐蚀性及硬度的影响

摘    要:采用脉冲电沉积方法在304不锈钢基体上制备出Ni-WC纳米复合镀层。研究了WC的质量浓度对Ni-WC纳米复合镀层性能的影响。结果表明:随着WC的质量浓度的增加,Ni-WC纳米复合镀层的耐蚀性先增强后减弱,硬度先增大后减小;当WC的质量浓度为30g/L时,Ni-WC纳米复合镀层的耐蚀性最好,硬度最大。

Abstract:Ni-WC nano-composite coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by using pulse electrodeposition method.The effect of WC mass concentration on the properties of Ni-WC nano-composite coatings was investigated.Results showed that,with the increasing of WC mass concentration,the corrosion resistance of Ni-WC nano-composite coating was strengthened first and then weakened,and the hardness was increased first and then decreased.When WC mass concentration was 30 g/L,Ni-WC nano-composite coating has the best corrosion resistance and the highest hardness.
