| 摘 要： | 针对小型镀铬生产线电气控制系统存在的缺陷,对其进行改造。选用数字化控制器提升自动化程度和控制精度,并利用总线技术简化布线,并应用基于总线技术的通讯协议实现集中管理。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the defections existing in electrical control system of small chrome plating production line,the electrical control system of small chrome plating production line was transformed.The digital controller was used to improve the automation degree and control precision,the bussing technique was used to simplify wiring,and centralized management was realized by applying communication protocols based on bussing technique. |
