飞行器主动热控用半导体制冷器性能初步研究

摘    要:为了利用半导体制冷器进行飞行器关键部位的热控方案设计,对某型半导体制冷器性能进行了测试与参数分析。设计了半导体制冷器的性能测试方案,获得了散热端不同散热工况下的试验数据,分析了电流与电压、温差、制冷量等相互之间的关系,并获得了制冷器的温差电势率α、总热导K和总热阻R,对其热电性能参数进行了反推计算和对比验证,验证了计算模型。使用该型制冷器对某型飞行器关键部位热环境进行了热控方案设计,获得了其工作参数和制冷效率。

Abstract:A kind of semiconductor refrigeration is tested and analyzed, which is used for the active thermal control design of spacecraft. The test method and test data in different operation conditions are given, and the relationships between current and voltage, temperature difference, refrigerating capacity are analyzed. Based on test data, the thermoelectricity parameters of semiconductor refrigeration are calculated and evaluated, and the active thermal control of some space vehicle is designed.
