基于PLC的电镀流水线自动控制系统设计

摘    要:采用PLC作为控制器实现电镀流水线的自动控制。首先,提出了电镀流水线的总体设计方案,并分析了电镀自动循环过程。然后,提出了电镀流水线关键结构方案。最后,根据电镀流水线的控制对象及控制要求,确定输入/输出电器,进行PLC选型和绘制电镀流水线PLC控制系统的电气原理图,并采用模块化设计思想和顺序功能图设计法设计PLC控制系统。

Abstract:Automatic control system for plating assembly line based on PLC was designed.Firstly,the whole design scheme of plating assembly line was proposed,and the automatic cycle process of electroplating was analyzed.Secondly,the key structure scheme of plating assembly line was proposed.Finally,according to the control object and control requirements of plating assembly line,the input/output electrical appliances was determined,and then the type of PLC was selected and the electric schematic diagram of PLC control system for plating assembly line was designed.Furthermore,PLC control system was designed by modular design and sequential function chart.
