摘    要:弹簧钢板是航天伺服机构负载台的重要组成部分,决定了负载台的负载特性。提出了一种伺服机构模拟负载台多弹簧钢板统一设计方法。相较传统方法,该方法可用于多钢板设计并拓展了其设计域。首先,以弹性力学矩形截面杆扭转的解析解为基础,定义了钢板扭转模型并提出修正系数的指数衰减函数形式的近似表达式;其次,提出多弹簧钢板设计的优化模型并给出确定优化初值的方法,该优化模型使目标函数和约束函数在全设计域二阶连续可微;最后,提出简化的钢板负载特性有限元校核方法,该方法可对不同宽厚比钢板扭转进行有限元建模和分析。分析结果表明:用工程案例对伺服机构模拟负载台多弹簧钢板统一设计方法进行检验,有效性得以验证。

Abstract:The spring steel plate is an important part of the torque-loading simulator of the spacecraft servo system and it determines the loading features. In this paper, it is presented that a uniform design method of spring steel multi-plates of the torque-loading simulator for a Servo system. Compared with traditional methods, it can be used for design of the spring steel multi-plates at one time and the design domain is expanded. Firstly, based on strain-stress analysis of torsion of a rectangular bar of elasticity, the torsion equations of steel plate are proposed and correction coefficients are fitted by functions of exponential decay. Secondly, the optimization model of the multi- plates is built and the method to determine the initial value of optimization is proposed, which enables objective and constraint functions to be continuous and to have continuous first and second derivatives in the global design domain simultaneously. Thirdly, the simplified Finite Element (FE) verification method for loading features of the steel plate is established to build FE models of the steel plate with different ratio of width and thickness. Fourthly, the validity of the uniform design method of spring steel multi-plates is verified by an engineering case. In the end of the paper, the applications of the uniform design me-thod are discussed.
