油田注水机组流量调节阀的节能优化控制分析

摘    要:对注水机组进行优化控制的方法有调速调节控制和节流调节控制。采用闸阀节流调节控制方法简单易行 ,投资少 ,若以泵水单耗最低为优化目标实施优化控制是可行的。具体做法是 :当相邻站注水量增加或注水井需水量减少时 ,可关小阀门 ,使泵出口压力提高 ;当相邻站注水量减少或注水井需水量增加时 ,可开大阀门 ,使泵出口压力降低。现场应用试验表明 ,采用闸阀节流调节控制方法 ,注水机组泵水单耗最高降低 12 %,平均降低 3%,具有明显节能效果。

Abstract:To adopt gate valve throttle control for the water flooding sets is simple and costly, and to implement optimizing control is feasible by taking the minimum power consumption in pumping 1m3 as optimization objective. When the water injection rate increases or water needed by the injected well decreases at the adjacent station, the valve can be regulated for minor flow to enhance the outlet pressure of the pump; otherwise the valve can be adjusted for larger flow to reduce outlet pressure of the pump. Field test shows that the above-mentioned method has obvious energy-saving effect.
