聚烯烃树脂结构对其熔体强度的影响

摘    要:考察聚烯烃熔体流动速率、长支链、共聚单体等因素对其熔体强度的影响。实验发现,同种生产工艺下生产的结构相同的聚烯烃材料,熔体强度随着熔体流动速率的升高而降低;支链越长的聚烯烃材料,熔体强度越高;在一定范围内,接枝度的提高,有利于提高材料的熔体强度;共聚单体的种类(α-烯烃)对聚合物的熔体强度有很大影响,随着共聚单体链长的增加,共聚材料的熔体强度提高。

Abstract:The paper discussed the influences of the melt flow rate,long branched chain and the copolymerized monomer of polyolefin on the melting strength.It was found from the experiments that(1) the melting strength of polyolefin with the same configuration produced under same process decreases with the increase of the melt flow rate;(2) the increase of grafting degree is beneficial to the increase of polyolefin melting strength within a certain range;(3) the species (α-olefin) of copolymerized monomer have great influences on polymer melting strength which increases along with the increase of copolymerized monomer chain length.
