| 摘 要： | 现代工程监理已不是简单的工程质量监督工作模式。笔者在工程监理探索实践中,引入工程项目管理的概念,把工程监理模式与国际通行的以实施质量、进度、费用、材料、安全5大控制为主要内容的项目管理体制相融合,力图探求一种适合中国国情的国际型工程监理模式,从几个方面介绍了实际运作程序和经验。

| Abstract: | Modern project supervision is not simply the pro- ject quality supervision mode.This article introduces the concept of project management in project supervision prac- tices and integrates the project supervision mode with the current project management system throughout the world which focuses on the Five Controls of quality,schedule, cost,material and safety,in order to develop an interna- tional project supervision mode suitable for the condition of China.The actual operation procedures and experiences are also introduced from several aspects. |
