液控式同心双管分层注水技术

摘    要:为了解决大斜度定向井分层注水投捞困难、分层注水分不开、测不准以及可洗井封隔器可靠性差、分层合格率低等问题,研制了液控式同心双管分层注水管柱。管柱由外油管、内油管、水力锚、液控封隔器、带孔管、密封插入、丝堵和液控管线组成。该注水技术具有免测调、可进行分质分压注水、停注时层间不窜流以及无需验封、分层可靠等特点。4口井的现场应用表明,在139.7mm套管井内,最大井斜63.7°,封隔器控制压力12MPa,单井最大注入压差8.8MPa,配注合格率与分层合格率均为100%。

Abstract:To deal with the difficulty in throwing-in and pulling in the water injection well,and solve the problems of water injection layer inseparability and inaccurate measurement,low reliability of the packers of washable wells and low qualification rate of layer separation,the separate-layer injection string by concentric double-tubing with hydraulic control packers was developed. The string is made up of external tubing,internal tubing,hydraulic anchor,hydraulic packer,tube with holes,sealed inserter,plug and hydraulic pipeline. The characteristics of this technology are expounded. The technology was applied in fourφ139.7 mm casing wells with a maximal deviation angle of 63.7°,the packer’s control pressure of 12 MPa,and the maximum injection pressure difference of a single well of 8.8 MPa,and the result shows that the qualification rate of injection allocation and layer separation is 100% .
