摘 要: | 用冷、热模实验研究了BG-10型压延孔板波纹填料的流体力学和传质性能.得出 了计算其压降和泛点的关联式。并与孔板波纹填料(250y)进行了对比,发现该填料 的性能优于250Y孔板波纹填料。

Abstract: | The hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of this metal impaled pore corrugated packing are studied in a 580mm ID tower with air-oxygen-water system and compared with that of Mellapak 250Y. The results Show that this packing has greater flux, lower pressure drop. and better efficiency at lower liquid loading than the Mellapek 250Y. The equation for evaluating the pressure drop and flood. ing flux of the packing are proposed |
