| 摘 要： | 为了适应国家电力体制改革的形势和社会主义市场经济体制的要求，实现“公司化改组，商业化运营，法制化管理”，体现“电网国家管、电厂大家办”的原则，贯彻《电力法》和《电网调度管理条例》《，加强统一调整，本文对西北电网商业化运营提出了设想。

| Abstract: | In this paper the authors study the feasibilityand necessity of commercial running of Nothwest Power Pooland put forward a tentative plan for commercial running ofNorthwest Power Pool to fit the situation of power system re-formation in China- In order to embody the electric power pol-icy of China, this tentative plan includes three respects,i. e.,(1) the basic principle of reorganizing existing NorthwestPower Pool into Northwest Power Corporation (Group); (2)the basic mode of commercial renning of Northwest PowerCorporation (Group) jand (3)the legal management of North-west Power Corporation (Group). The unified dispatching ofNorthwest Power Corporation is emphasized. |
