切缝机的优化设计

摘    要:耐腐蚀和高强度合金铝箔经过切缝机切出不连续的缝隙后,可送入拉网机制成网状抑爆材料。这种材料既可直接放入易燃和易爆的流体容器中使用;也可以继续对其加工,即送入制球机制成球状抑爆材料。本文通过对切缝机技术设计依据的分析,阐述了切缝机的工作原理及结构特征,重点对切缝机的结构,即其所用的刀具、传动及引导装置等3个方面作了详细的论述,并简述了切缝机在试运转过程中,如何对其进行适当的调整和完善,从而体现了优化设计的特点。

Abstract:Alloy foil of corrosion resistance, high strength after cutting gap discontinuity in joint cutter was put into the net machine, and it can be made into mesh explosion suppression material. The material can be directly into the flammable, explosive fluid containers, and also can go continue processing, or was put into the ball making machine and was made into spherical explosion suppression material. In this paper, through the analysis of joint cutter technology design based on the cutter, expounded the work- ing principle and structure characteristics of the machine, focusing on cutting sewing machine structure, namely the tool, transmis- sion and guided three aspects of device were discussed in details, and also discussed how to make appropriate adjustments in the slit perfect operation process test machine to show the characteristics of optimization design.
