摘    要:以单因素实验法考察了温度、异丙苯与丙烯物质的量比和液相空速对烷基化反应的影响,并基于正交实验设计综合考察了温度、异丙苯与丙烯物质的量之比和液相空速对烷基化规律及产物分布的影响.结果表明:YSBH-4分子筛催化剂对异丙苯与丙烯液相烷基化具有良好的催化活性和选择性;较为适宜的烷基化反应条件为温度160℃,异丙苯与丙烯物质的量比14:1,液相空速9 h-1,在此条件下,丙烯转化率99.99%,二异丙苯选择性98.15%,产品中苯的物质的量分率7.34%.

Abstract:The effects of temperature, molar ratio of isopropylbenzene to propylene and liquid space velocity on the liquid phase alkylation of isopropylbenzene with propylene over YSBH-4 molecular sieve catalyst were investigated by the single factor test method, and the global influence of reaction conditions on the liquid phase alkylation and product distribution was also investigated by means of orthogonal test( L_(16)(4~5)). The results showed that YSBH-4 molecular sieve catalyst exhibted good catalytic activity and high selectivity for the liquid phase alkylation of isopropylbenzene with propylene. The appropriate conditions of synthesizing di-isopropylbenzene were 160 ℃, molar ratio of isopropylbenzene to propylene 14 : 1 and liquid space velocity 9 h~(-1). Under the above conditions, the conversion of propylene and the selectivity of di-isopropylbenzene could reach 99. 99% and 98. 15%, respectively, and the molar fraction of benzene was 7. 34%
