非晶态TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物合成及其汽油氧化脱硫性能

摘    要:采用沉淀法制备不同TiO2含量的TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物,并用XRD、FT-IR、UV-VIS及TEM对样品进行表征,结果表明,TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物为非晶态结构。以过氧化氢-乙酸作为氧化体系,TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物为催化剂,考察TiO2含量、反应温度、反应时间、过氧化氢用量和催化剂用量对汽油催化氧化脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,TiO2质量分数为40%的TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物催化汽油氧化脱硫效果最好,在汽油用量10 g、冰醋酸用量0.5 mL、30%过氧化氢用量0.6 mL、催化剂用量为汽油质量的4%、反应时间60 min和反应温度40 ℃最佳条件下,汽油脱硫率为78%。

Abstract:TiO2-SiO2 composite oxides with different TiO2 contents were prepared by coprecipitation,and were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis and TEM. The results of XRD showed that TiO2-SiO2 composite oxides were noncrystalline structure. The oxidative desulfurization of gasoline was carried out by using H2 O2-CH3 COOH as the oxidants and TiO2-SiO2 composite oxides as the catalyst. The effect of TiO2 con-tents,reaction temperatures,reaction time,catalyst dosage and the amount of hydrogen peroxide on the gasoline desulfurization were investigated. The results indicated that desulfurization rate of gasoline over TiO2-SiO2 composite oxides with 40wt% TiO2 reached 78% under the optimal condition as follows:gaso-line amount 10 g,acetic acid amount 0. 5 mL,30%H2 O2 dosage 0. 6 mL,40wt%TiO2-SiO2 composite oxides dosage 4% of gasoline mass,reaction time 60 min and reaction temperature 40 ℃.
