摘    要:沙116井是在塔里木盆地沙雅隆起部署的一口盐下重点超深勘探井,完钻井深为6350m,钻井周期为241.375d。该井使用聚合物钻井液、聚磺防塌及欠饱和盐水钻井液。在深井段采取的防塌防卡措施有:保证钻井液中有足够的防塌处理剂,使体系有较强的封堵性和造壁性;保持高分子量聚合物的含量;控制高温高压滤失量在15mL以内;钻井液密度应能平衡地层坍塌应力;盐层段钻进要求钻井液含有足够的抗高温、抗盐、抗钙处理剂以及护肢剂。该井最高钻井液密度为1.68g/cm^3,取心12次,长70.74m,共发生井漏4次,进行了反复的地层承压堵漏。应用结果表明,以LHB-105、KPAM为主的聚合物及聚磺钻井液体系,具有极强的抑制包被作用,流动性好,粘度和切力低,悬浮携岩能力强,并具有较强的热稳定性能,易维护处理,有效避免井下复杂情况的发生;该井使用的钻井液体辱满足了钻井施工,地质录井的需要,全井钻井液性能优质稳定,井下安全,钻进、起下钻、测井、固井作业均顺利,满足了钻井工程的需要,达到了地质勘探目的。

Abstract:Sha-116 well was a key super deep exploration well on Shaya uplift in Tarim Basin. A polymer-sulfonates salt water drilling fluid system was used. The accomplished depth was 6350 m and the drilling term was 241. 375 d. The maximum mud density used was 1. 68 g/cm3 and 12 times coring with the total core length of 70. 74 m were conducted. The field practice proved that this mud system provided excellent enveloping and inhibitive effect, good fluidity, enhanced carrying and suspension capacity and high temperature stability. The mud properties were quite stable during the whole drilling process and all the drilling, logging, cementing were conducted smoothly that ensured the exploration purpose be completely achieved.
