由十八醇合成十八胺的研究

摘    要:研究了十八醇在三氧化二铝作用下直接与氨气反应制备十八胺的工艺。通过正交设计实验 ,确定了反应的适宜条件 :十八醇与氨气的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .3,催化剂用量为 1 0 % ,反应温度为2 80°C,反应时间为 3h。在该条件下 ,十八胺的收率可达到 94.83%。

Abstract:The preparation of octadecylamine by reacting octadecyl alcohol with ammonia in the presence of aluminum trioxide catalyst was investigated. The suitable reaction conditions determined by orthogonal design test were as follows: molar ratio of octadecyl alcohol to ammonia, 1∶1.3; amount of catalyst, 10% reaction temperature, 280 °C; and reaction time, 3 h. Under the above conditions, the yield of octadecylamine reached 94.83%.
