氨化造粒生产硫基复合肥

摘    要:通过对转鼓造粒复混肥装置的技术改造,利用管式反应器,采用氨化造粒技术生产硫基复合肥。部分磷酸一铵和尿素以外返料的形式加入,既提高了装置生产能力、产品的氮含量和总养分含量,又充分利用混酸与氨在管式反应器中进行中和反应释放出的能量蒸发水分,节省了煤耗和电耗,降低了生产成本,并可生产不同规格产品。

Production of S-based compound fertilizer by ammoniation-granulation process
Abstract:With pipe reactor, Sbased compound fertilizer is produced by ammoniationgranulation process after revamping an original drumgranulation compound fertilizer plant.MAP and urea are partially added into the system as outer return materials, by which the productive capacity of plant, N content and total nutrients of product are increased, and the consumptions of coal and electric power saved and cost lowered, resulting from moisture evaporating by the neutralization heat of reaction between mixing acid and ammonia pipe reactor,meanwhile several varieties of product specification can be obtained.
