摘    要:为了改善柴油机起动过程的燃烧,利用基于循环控制的柴油机起动过程测控系统,研究了起动油量对柴油机冷机起动过程燃烧的影响规律,并对起动过程的油量控制策略进行了优化.试验结果表明:冷机条件下,采用不同恒定油量起动,直接进入怠速控制的起动油量控制策略,在起动初始或过渡阶段都存在不同程度的失火现象,供油量与转速变化的不匹配是导致过渡期失火的主要原因.通过采用大油量起动,过渡期随转速变化使用阶梯降低油量进入怠速的供油策略,能够有效减少在起动过渡期的失火和不完全燃烧循环,改善起动过程燃烧.
