咖啡壶手柄气辅注射成型工艺研究

摘    要:应用MoldflowPlasticInsight软件对壁厚差异非常大的咖啡壶手柄的工艺方案进行了数值模拟分析,获得了熔体浇口和其它工艺参数的合理设置,并应用于实际生产中,取得了良好的结果,对同类产品有参考意义。

Abstract:According to the very big differences of the wall thickness of the coffee pot handle,the Moldflow Plastic Insight software has been used to simulate he technological process for the handle part in which gas-assisted injection process is used.Appropriate settings of the gate for the melted body and other technological parameters have been obtained,and applied in actual production with good results.It has reference value to the manufacture of similar parts.
