柔性压电式微位移机构动态特性的实验研究

摘    要:设计了一种压电式微位移机构,采用对称杠杆式柔性铰链放大机构对压电陶瓷输出位移进行放大,弥补了压电陶瓷位移行程过小的缺点.对微位移机构力学模型和压电陶瓷驱动器的动态特性进行了分析,指出压电陶瓷驱动器动态响应的迟滞非线性是影响压电式微位移驱动器控制性能的一个关键因素,直接关系到控制精度的提高,必须采取适当的控制算法予以修正.采用前馈控制同数字PID控制相结合的复合控制算法对柔性压电式微位移机构的控制过程进行校正补偿,建立了动态特性的闭环校正控制系统.实测结果表明,机构的动态响应时间显著缩短,实现了机构的快速响应.

Abstract:A kind of flexible micro-displacement mechanism driven by piezoelectric actuator was researched and deigned.Output displacement of PZT was amplified by symmetrical flexible lever amplifier,which compensates defect of short distance of PZT.Mechanical model of micro-displacement mechanism and dynamic characteristic of PZT were analyzed.The hysteresis and non-linearity of dynamic response was a key factor for piezoelectric actuator to affect improvement of controlling accuracy.With the compound control method ...
