硝酸钾真空冷却结晶工艺

摘    要:介绍了真空冷却结晶技术应用于硝酸钾生产的工艺原理与过程。确定了硝酸钾溶液真空冷却结晶操作条件为,真空度2 339 Pa,结晶时间2.0 h,冷却终点温度30℃。真空冷却结晶比传统的夹套与蛇管冷却结晶具有显著优势,需要的冷却水量大幅度减小,冷却速度快,冷却均匀,干净卫生,是现代结晶技术发展方向之一。

Abstract:The principle of crystallization technology by cooling in vacuum during production of potassium nitrate was described.The conditions of crystallization are vacuum degree of 2 339 Pa,time period of 2 h,the terminal cooling temperature of 30 ℃.Compared with traditional methods of jacketed cooling and serpentine cooling,the crystallization method of vacuum cooling has such advantages as smaller amounts of cooling water,faster rate,more uniformity,and more cleanness,etc.,which is one of the development direction of crystallization technology at present.
