高压开关柜滑轮传动活门机构的设计

摘    要:根据定滑轮改变传动方向和动滑轮加倍传输距离的原理,利用钢丝绳特有的柔韧性进行传动连接,设计出高压开关柜滑轮传动活门机构。它的操作空间只有传统拐臂连杆传动活门机构的1/10,操作力和制造成本只有其1/3,并且结构简单轻巧,传动平稳可靠。

Abstract:According to the principles of fixed pulley changing transmission direction and moved pulley doubling transmission distance.Taking advantage of the characteristics flexible of steel wire rope linking transmission,flexible door mechanism of high voltage switch cabinet is designed out.Its operational space occupies only tenth of traditional crutch arm connecting rod flexible door mechanism,operational force and manufacturing cost is only third of that,its structure is simple and agile,its transmission is steady and dependable.
